... .~ <br />the termination, forfeiture, abandonment of this Lease, but <br />in no case shall such buildings or equipment or materials <br />remain on the property for a period of six months after ter- <br />mination or forfeiture of this Lease. If the Lessee fails <br />to remove buildings, equipment or materials within the time <br />stated, there shall be a $15.00 per day rental fee. Said <br />fee shall be paid before Lessee may enter upon the premises <br />to remove said buildings, equipment or materials. The Les- <br />see may use and possess as much of the premises as it may <br />require during the term of the Lease, solely for the purpose <br />of removing sand and gravel in connection with this business <br />and for no other purpose. The Lessee shall have the exclu- <br />sive sand and gravel privileges during this time. <br />3. The Lessee shall obtain all county, state and fe- <br />deral permits for the removal of sand and gravel and will <br />comply with all such rules and regulations governing the <br />removal and restoration of the land, as set forth in such <br />county, state and federal rules and regulations. Further, <br />the Lessee shall hold the Lessor harmless from any compli- <br />ance under such rules and regulations in restoring the said <br />lands. <br />4. The Lessee may stockpile material on the said pre- <br />mises so long as such does not interfere with the Lessor's <br />use of the premises. <br />5. The Lessee shall not remove sand and gravel from <br />the said property so as to interfere with the lateral sup- <br />port rights of adjacent owners. <br />6. Nothing in this Lease shall be construed to prevent <br />the Lessor from making such use of the leased premises as <br />it may see fit as long as such use would in no way restrict <br />the sand and gravel operations of the Lessee. <br />7. The Lessee agrees to pay the Lessor, his successors <br />and assigns, as a rental for the said sand and gravel privi- <br />leges granted hereunder, a royalty of $.30 (thirty cents) <br />per cubic yard of gravel removed and $. 30 (thirty cents) <br />- 2 - <br />
