Acute, 96-hour bioassay as outlined in the most recent protocols specified by the Water
Quality Control Division of the Colorado Department of Health (] 998).
• DISCUSSION
Trapper Mining's Craig Mine outfall 002 effluent was not acutely toxic to fathead minnow
survival. Therefdre, Trapper Mining, htc. is in compliance with the acute WET portion of
its Colorado State Discharge Permit for the first quarter of 2003.
