If any monuments or corners are destroyed, obliterated, or damaged by such operations, the grantee shall hire the appropriate county surveyor or a reg- istered land suveyor to reestablish or restore at the same location the mon- uments or corners, using surveying procedures acceptable to the Bureau of Land Management, and shall record such survey in appropriate county records. Grantee shall obtain appropriate Temporary Use Permits from the Montrose District Office of BLM prior to construction or improvement of temporary roads or temporary struc- tures. b) New road construction or upgrading of existing roads will conform to the following standards, unless otherwise approved by the Montrose BLM District Manager: Geometric design - single Iane with 10 feet of surface; Curve - 85 ft. minimum radius; • Grades - 8% with 200 ft. lengths of 15Y, not to exceed one 15% length for every 1,000 feet of road.
