<br /> <br />• 3.1.10 Revegetation <br />1. All revegetation shall be of a desert variety, which should make it <br />capable of regeneration without irrigation or fertilizer, and will be more <br />than equal to the vegetation in the surrounding area. <br />2. The operator chose to create a live windbreak along Hwy. 112 consisting <br />of 3 rows of trees. The first row being Sumac, the second row being <br />Austree Willow, and the third row being Cottonwood along the South <br />perimeter of the mine area. <br />3. All backslopes will be 3H:1 V to ensure ease of traverse by livestock. <br />4. Afl revegetaion has been designed by the United States Soil <br />Conservation District and the operator plans to continue to work closely <br />with our area Soil Conservation District. <br />5. The operator will establish a diverse and long lasting cover. The <br />operator will employ mechanical soil conditioning by disking, ripping, <br />mulching, and apply needed fertilizers and irrigation if necessary. <br />6. The operator will apply a strict weed control program to prohibit any <br />invasion of noxious weeds. <br />• 7. The operator has constructed an access road along the East perimeter <br />of the property. <br />8. The operator will gravel alt access roads. After the completion of mining <br />the road will be tilled and revegetated. <br />3.1.11 Buildings and Structures <br />There are no historical buildings on or near the affected land. <br />3.1.12 Signs and Markers <br />1. The operator will comply by placing a sign at the entrance to the property <br />that will be visible from the access road. <br />2. The boundaries of the affected area are marked by capped rebar and are <br />clearly visible to delineate such boundaries. <br />d. Items were previously answered <br />• <br />
