The operator will seed as soon as <br />replacement of the topsoil can be done. This will be a long term <br />operation dependent upon the local economy. <br />The operator plans to reclaim areas of approximately 5 acres at a time. <br />Mining will start from a South to Norih direction, removing as much <br />material from the East perimeter of the property so the backslopes can be <br />shaped in a timely fashion. <br />iii.
