• e. We plan to divide the 77 acres into 8 phases of 10 acres or less. As soon
as a sufficient amount of area is available, that will not interfere with
mining and processing, backsloping and the replacement of topsoil will
begin. Seeding will begin when the area is safe from operational
intrusion and when the area becomes large enough to be economic.
Any seeding will take place in the late fall.
i. We have 77.65 acres less 2 acres for a live snow fence area along
Hwy 112 which leaves 75.65 acres that will be divided into 8
phases. With each phase taking approximately 15 years to
complete, for a total of approximately 120 years or more.
ii. Approximately 10 acres will be mined at any one time.
iii. Phase i thru phase 8. Each phase will be reclaimed at fts
completion.
F. See encbsed map.
G. Sand and gravel will be extracted for the use of manufacturing concrete
and asphalt.
H. There will not be any incidental products. We have a use for all material
manufactured from this pit: Road base, sand, gravel, and manufactured
fines.
