Peop/e..,are not yet aware.,, <br />(Simpson) <br />During the review period, all public notices, publications and public meetings occurred in <br />accordance with the requirements of the Act and Rules. <br />The applicant posted the appropriate notice at the proposed site; provided copy of the <br />application to the County Clerk and Recorder; provided notice to the Board of County <br />Commissioners and the local Soil Conservation District; provided notice to surface and mineral <br />owners of the affected lands and surface owners within 200' of the boundary of the affected <br />lands; and published the public notice in the local newspaper, once a week for four <br />consecutive weeks.
