' A constructed wetland treatment system shall be designed by a Registered Professional
® Engineer and the design shall be site speafic and include specifications for: loading, capacity,
~ liner material, fiber media, density and species of plant material, effiuent level, 5na1 discharge
~ type, and other pertinent information as requested by the health officer or his/her designated
representative. The design shall include estimates of effiuent quality at the inlet and outlet.
n Sampling ports, or some other means of effiuent sampling, to demonstrate compliance with
V Section X these guidelines, shall be require by the local heahh department.
