A) Operator must commit to placing an average of 6" of top soil in all affected <br />areas. Typical soil profiles as submitted in the application range between 0-18 <br />inches. That does not even include the weathered bed rock. <br />VII) Exhibits "J" &"K" Adequate. <br />VIII) Exhibit "L" Reclamation Cost <br />A) Please review the attached phased reclamation cost for 20 acres. <br />IX) Exhibits "M" "N" "O" "P" "Q" &"R" Adequate <br />X) EXHIBIT "S" Permanent Man Made Structures. <br />A) Has the operator identified all man made structures with in 20o feet of the <br />permit area? <br />B) Is the Ranch Road located with in the permit area going to be upgraded to <br />handle haul trucks? It is shown in the recalamtion plan as being left in <br />place. Please explain?
