location including section, township and range. If
known, include the U7.'M coordinates or latitude and
longitude of the location;
4. Names, addresses and telephone numbers oP adjacent
property owners;
5. A set oP drawings with dimensions of the proposed
work showing:
a. The project location, including the excavation
site and. disposal site locations. A photocopied
excerpt from a IISGS quadrangle, road map, or
equivalent is acceptable;
b. A plan or top view of the excavation area; and
c. Atypical cross-section or side view of the
excavation area.
• Your drawings should be on paper which is 8 1/2 inches
by 11 inches with all pertinent dimensions such as
length, Midth and depth of excavation. A bar scale
would be useful on each drawing; and
6. If your project is located on Indian lands, you
must obtain eater quality aertiliaation under Section
401 of the Clean Water Act from the II.S. Environmental
Protection Agency and provide a copy to the Corps oP
Engineers. For assistance concerning Section 401
certification on Indian lands, contact the Chief,
State Programs Management Hranch, II.S.• Environmental
Protection Agency, Region VIII, 999 18th Street, Suite
