During both mining and reclamation no impact on ground water is anticipated. <br />The mining operation will be conducted in such a manner as to maintain the <br />existing surface drainage. All mining and processing operation will be designed <br />to manage storm runoff so that no sediments flow to existing drainage. <br />J. No existing water right will be affected. <br />K. No refuse, acid or toxic producing materials aze anticipated. <br />L. During both mining and reclamation no impact on ground water is anticipated. <br />The mining operation will be conducted in such a manner as to maintain the <br />existing surface drainage. All mining and processing operation will be designed <br />to manage storm runoff, so that no sediments flow to existing drainage. Side <br />slopes will be no greater than 3:1 and grade of not less than 1 % on the floor of the <br />mined azea will be consistence with range land use. <br />M. All materials will be processed on site. Mining operation may utilize scrappers, <br />dozers, front-end loaders, crushers, and conveyors. The mining operations <br />facilities will be located in the Northern area of the site (see EXHIBIT E -map, <br />for the operation location). <br />N. The primary commodity of the mining operation will be gravel to be used to serve <br />the needs ofthe Rio Blanco County Road and Bridge in road repair and surfacing. <br />O. There aze no incidental products to be mined or extracted. <br />
