<br />necessary to replete or restore books of account, manuscripts, ebstrecSS, drawings, card index systems, film, tape,
<br />disc, drum, cell end other magnetic records ng or storage media for electronic date processing, and other records that
<br />here been damaged by a peril insured age inst, except cost in excess of the normal cost of such repair, replacement or
<br />restoration necessarily incurred for the purpose of reducing the total amount of extra expense. In no event shell
<br />such excess cost exceed the amount by rhich to total extra expense otherwise Deyahle under this Extension of Coverage
<br />is reduced.

<br />S3TION IY. - EXCLUSIONS ANO LIMITATIONS:
<br />A. (PROPERTY) - This policy does not cover:
<br />1. Stocks of merchandise, or materiels and supplies entering into their menufecture, storage or sale; salesmen's samples;
<br />2. Books of record, menusc ripts, drawings, card index systems or other office records, for loss in excess of the cost of blank books,
<br />blank cards and other materiels plus the actual cost of labor in transcribing or copying such records; film, for loss in excess of the
<br />ast of unexposed film; title policies, abstracts;
<br />3. Currency, money end stamps, except to the extent provided in Section if I; bullion, notes, securities, deeds, ectounts, bill s,
<br />evidences of debt, letters of credit or tickets; cloth erriings;
<br />4. Steam boilers, steam pipes, steam turb toes or steam engines against loss by bu rsting, rupture ar explosion of such objects (other
<br />~. han explosion of eccumuleted gases or untonsumed fuel rithin a ti re box or combustion chamber); machines or machinery against loss by
<br />'=oture, bursting or disintegrating of rotating or moving ports caused by centrifugal or reciprocating force;
<br />6. Neon or automatic or mechanical electric or other kinds of signs, metal smokestec ks (unless securely fastened to masonry wells),
<br />-adfo ar telertsion torers and antennaes, rindmills, rind chargers, greenhouses, but this Exclusion shell not npply ri th respect to loss
<br />and lightning, at rcreft, explosion, clot, civil coaootton, smoke, vehiclea.
<br />(PERIL) - This policy does not 7nsurc against any loss ceased by or rcsultlnp from:
<br />1. Eerthqua ke or other earth movement, but this exclusion shell not apply to property in trans lt, nor to ensuing loss teased by or
<br />-esulting from ft rc, explosion or ssnke;
<br />2. Unexplained loss or mysterious disappearance of property (except property in the custody of carriers or bailees for hire); or loss
<br />ar shortage .of property disclosed on to king inventory;
<br />3. Change in flavor, odor, color, texture or finish; eveporetion, shrinkage or loss of relght; dampness or dryness of atmosphere;
<br />`ceasing; extremes or changes in temperature; corrosion; conteminatlon; marring or scratching; gas or smoke from egriculturel or
<br />industrial operations; smog; latent defect; mechanical breakdown or derangement; moths; vermin; inherent vice; wear and leer or
<br />deterioration; nil unless directly caused by or resulting fray physical damage to property covered, or to premises or conveyances
<br />containing such property, by a peril not otherrise excluded;
<br />4. Actual work upon or instellatton of property covered, except rf th respect to ensuing loss caused by or resulting from fin,
<br />explosion, rater damage not otherwise excluded, smoke or vehicles;
<br />5. Theft (including attempt the reel) of property chile unattended in or on any motor vehicle or trailer, unless contained 1n a fully
<br />enclosed end securely locked body or compartment of such vehicle and theft results from forcible entry, evidenced by visible marks, Into
<br />.he body or compartment (except property in the custody of carriers or bailees for hire);
<br />6. (a) Bree kage of giess or articles of a fragile or brittle nature (other than tenses of photographic or scientific instruments),
<br />and (b) exposure to light of photographic materials sensitive to light, all unless caused by collision, upset or overturning of
<br />conveyance, fire, lightning, water damage not otherwise excluded, burglary or robbery, vandalism and malicious mischief, ei rcreft,
<br />explosion, riot, civil commotion, smoke, vehicles, rlndstonn, hurricane or hell;
<br />7. Artificially generated electrical currents to electrical appliances or devices (including wiring); except with the respect to
<br />ensuing loss caused by or resulting from a peril not otherwise excluded;
<br />8. Any fraudulent scheme, trick, device or fel se pretense practiced upon the Insured or upon any person(s) to whom the property may
<br />be entrusted, other then any [artier for hire;
<br />' 9. Any fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal act done by or at the instigation of any Jnsured, partner, or joint adventurer in or of any
<br />Insured, en officer, director or trustee of any Insured, or any employee or agent of any Insured, or any person to thorn the property
<br />covered may be entrusted, other then any to crier for hire;
<br />i0. Daley; loss of market or use; loss resulting from interruption of business; other tonseq uential loss; or loss directly
<br />ettrlbuteble to any legal proceeding;
<br />11. Order of any civil authority (except acts of destruction at the time of end for the purpose of preventing the spread of fire,
<br />provided that such fire did not originate from any peril excluded under this polity);
<br />12. Fire, caused, di rattly or indirectly, by: (a) enemy attack by armed forces, including action taken by military, novel or etc
<br />fortes in resisting an actual or an inmmdLately impending enemy attack; (b) invasion; (c) insurrection; (d) rebellion; (e) revolution; (f)
