2. The deductible specified above shell apply separately to each:
LX~ Occurrence: The term "Occurrence' shell be held to mean a single Incident or event. When, however,
the tern 'Occurrence' shall apply to loss or losses from windstorm if insured hereunder, it shall
be held to mean a pert otl of 4B consecutive hours.
L] Lo[etion: The term 'Location" insofar as such property is insured hereunder, shell be held to mean:
(¢) Each bul lding, including contents thereof, to the extent they ere insured hereunder, or
(b) A number of buildings including their contents, in a single group, and designated as a single
location to this policy, or
(c) Any other bests mutually agreed upon ff specifically indicated hereunder.
!n the case of a policy written to cover more then one location subject to a deductible such
locations will be designated in the policy.
L] Item: The term "Item' shell be held to mean the individual descriptions of the Droperty insured
and designated by the terms 'Item 1', 'Item 2', etc. on the policy.
NOTE: It 1s a condition of this policy that in addition to the appllcntion of the deductible as stated in number 2 above, ff
this endorsement 1s aDPliceble to both property damage coverage end time element coverage, this deductible shall apply
seDeretely to each coverage unless this deductible is on en Occurrence basis. If this deductible is on an Occurrence basis,
only one deductible shall epDty Lo both property damage coverage and time element [overage.
3. It is a condition of this policy that the deductible amount specified shell be solely nt the risk of the insured, end shall not be
covered under any other policy of insurnnce, except as provided in Paragraph 4.
4. Other lnsurence is permitted during the term of this policy, es follows:
(e) Insurance written upon the same property, perils, terms, conditions end provisions contained in this policy including this
deductible endorsement [f other insurance at inception of this policy]; or
(b) lnsurence specifically disclosed es follows, or by endorsement attached:

ff there is any other insurance (whether collectible or not) except es permitted above, the full deductible amount applicable under
this deductible endorsement shell apply to the amount of the loss apportioned to this policy end to such other insurance as permitted
above.
5. It is a condition of this policy that any coinsurance, contribution, average or distribution clause, which may be a pert hereof,
shall apply to the full value of the Droperty insured, rithout reduction for the amount of the deductible specified herein, end that
such deductible shall apply after any penalty has been assessed by the epPl icetion of such coinsurance, contribution, average or
distribution clause.
6. In the event of any recovery and/or selvage on a loss which has been or is being or is about to be paid hereunder, such recovery
end/or selvage shell accrue anti rely to the benefit of this company under this policy until the sum paid by them has been made up.
