MCC will construct two temporary collector roads and six temporary spur roads
in 2002. These roads aze Sylvester Road, Long Draw Saddle Road, Draw Spur No. 1,
Draw Spur No. 2, 16-08 Spur, 17-O1 Spur, Saddle Spur, and 17-07 Spur.

The approximate temporary road and drill pad locations are provided on the
attached Map 3. MCC will field locate the road aligrunents and pad locations prior to
construction for review and approval by the responsible USFS representative.
MCC will provide under a sepazate submittal a road design, specifications, and
expected use standazds as required by the USFS and CDMG for Sylvester Road.
MCC requests the ability to use pickup trucks, ATVs, snowmobiles, snow cats,
for primary access to the project area. Heavy equipment including but not limited to
bulldozers, dump trucks, backhoes, track hoes, water trucks, maintainers, will be utilized
to construct and maintain the roads during the field season.
MCC will construct the temporary roads, culverts, rolling dips, gravel, MUTC
signs, gates, and other mitigation measures as defined in the field with the responsible
USFS representative.
