MCC will construct two temporary collector roads and six temporary spur roads <br />in 2002. MCC will field locate the road aligrunents and pad locations prior to <br />construction for review and approval by the responsible USFS representative. <br />MCC will provide under a sepazate submittal a road design, specifications, and <br />expected use standazds as required by the USFS and CDMG for Sylvester Road. <br />MCC requests the ability to use pickup trucks, ATVs, snowmobiles, snow cats, <br />for primary access to the project area. Heavy equipment including but not limited to <br />bulldozers, dump trucks, backhoes, track hoes, water trucks, maintainers, will be utilized <br />to construct and maintain the roads during the field season. <br />MCC will construct the temporary roads, culverts, rolling dips, gravel, MUTC <br />signs, gates, and other mitigation measures as defined in the field with the responsible <br />USFS representative. <br />9 <br />
