• intended as permanent feature of the mine site, but will remain intact <br />until the site has been successfully reclaimed. <br />N. Topsoll Storage: Stored topsoil from this open pile will be respread <br />on the disturbed areas after backfilling and grading. The footprint of the <br />topsoil storage area will be reseeded during revegetation. <br />P. Water Storage Tanks: These steel tanks will be removed from the site <br />during reclamation. Concrete bases will be broken and buried in place <br />or used for portal backfill. <br />Q. Mine Faa: The main mine fan will be about a 7' diameter fan as part <br />of a structure consisting of air doors for escape purposes, explosion <br />doors which protect the fan in the event of a mine explosion and a <br />culvert system which connects the fan to the underground workings. <br />R, S. Rock Storage File, 4"-8" Lump Coat Pile Screening Stractare: <br />Raw coal from underground will be delivered to the screening structure. <br />Large pieces of coal for domestic use will be sepazated here for delivery <br />by truck to an off-site domestic coal sales yard. Provisions will also be <br />made at this area to divert waste rock and lower quality coal for <br />shipment to a refuse pile or for re-blending into the commercial coal <br />product. <br />• T. Graveled Area: A 180'x350' level area used for temporary storage. <br />Gravel from this azea will be buried in place and retopsoiled or excavated <br />and used for portal backfill. <br />U. 20,000 Ton Coal Storage Pile: Coal will be removed from the site <br />prior to reclamation. Any remaining coal or coal fines will be excavated <br />and buried under four (4) or more feet of non-toxic non-combustible <br />backfill (including topsoil). <br />V. Truck Loadout: The truck loadout facility will be an automated <br />batch-weigh structure. Coal trucks will arrive under a chute at the <br />bottom of the loadout and apre-measured amount of coal will be <br />deposited in the trailer. <br />W. Loadont conveyor: Crushed coal is moved from the crusher <br />structure to a truck Loadout via a 42" conveyor. (Total length -about <br />275') <br />X. Coal crusher structure: Raw coal is crushed to a 2° x 0' product for <br />sale to commercial customers. <br />Y.
