Executive Offices/ Parts Warehouse/ Bath House Building: 60'W x <br />100'L x 30'H building to contain all administrative offices, miner's <br />changing and shower facilities, and a spare parts/supplies warehouse. <br />B. Electrical Substation: Electrical transformers and infrastructure <br />(including transmission lines and poles) will be removed. The gravel base <br />for the 100x100 foot substation area will be excavated and used for <br />backfill at the portal area. <br />C. Shop Building: 40'W x 60'L x 24'H building used for repair of various <br />mine machinery and fabrication. <br />D. Covered Storage: This 20'x100' open building will be of pole barn <br />style construction, with wooden post uprights and stringers, covered on <br />the roof and three sides by corrugated steel or fiberglass. <br />E. Coal Sales Building: This structure will be a portable building that <br />will be removed by trailer from the site during reclamation. <br />F. Office Parking Area: A 65'x65' graveled area adjacent to the Office <br />• Building. The gravel will be excavated and used for backfill at the portal <br />area. <br />G. Miner Parking Area: A 120'x130' graveled area adjacent to the <br />Electrical Substation. The gravel will be excavated and used for backfill <br />at the portal area. <br />H. Fuel Storage Area: Three 500 gallon diesel fuel tanks with <br />containments for fueling underground and surface diesel powered <br />machines. <br />J. Rock Dust Storage Silo: 11' diameter x 28' tall silo for up to 150 tons <br />of rock dust storage that will be removed from the site or cut up and sold <br />as scrap. <br />K. Truck Scales: These are portable scales that will be removed from the <br />site during reclamation. <br />L. Septic System Drain Field: This structure is comprised of an <br />underground gravel field that will be left in place during reclamation. All <br />pipes to the drain field will be removed and disposed of during <br />reclamation. <br />. M.
