Water will <br />be obtained from rights owned by Dale L. and Betty L. Trenkle, <br />applicants. <br />9. No ground water will be encountered, as the deposit lies <br />above the known water table. No chemicals or reagents will be <br />used on site by the applicant. Oil, grease, waste, garbage, <br />human waste, etc. shall be contained on site and disposed of <br />off-site in a safe manner in accordance with applicable federal, <br />state and local regulations. <br />10. As no chemicals will be used, no groundwater encountered, <br />no surface water intercepted or disturbed, and water use on <br />• site is consumptive (evaporated), it is felt that all Colorado <br />water laws and regulations will therefore be complied with - <br />well permit or augmentation plan will be prepared if required. <br />11. Processing will be on-site and will consist of screening, <br />crushing when necessary, weighing and transporting. Disturbance <br />to the hydrologic balance and off-site damage will be minimized <br />by configuration of the deposit and by mining method. 'Phe de- <br />posit consists of near surface gravels above any water table <br />and located at a topographic }sigh. Mining will require minimal <br />water use (750 g.p.d. or less) with reclamation carried on <br />simultaneous with mining. <br />No chemicals will be used by the applicant in processing, <br />therefore no storage or spill containment facilities are <br /> <br />
