Pipeline crossing of Rio Blanco County roads will be <br />regulated under a Rio Blanco County Right-of-Way Access Permit governing pipeline <br />crossings of county roads, and the pipeline crossing of Garfield County Road 215 will <br />be regulated under a similar Garfield County Utility Cut Permit (see Exhibit M). <br />Buildings Few, if any buildings will be approached by the pipelines. The buildings <br />shown in Table S-2 and their locations are currently within 200 feet of the proposed <br />pipeline corridor.
