Pipeline crossing of Rio Blanco County roads will be regulated under a Rio Blanco County Right-of-Way Access Permit governing pipeline crossings of county roads, and the pipeline crossing of Garfield County Road 215 will be regulated under a similar Garfield County Utility Cut Permit (see Exhibit M). Buildings Few, if any buildings will be approached by the pipelines. The buildings shown in Table S-2 and their locations are currently within 200 feet of the proposed pipeline corridor. The final pipeline routing may eliminate some of these structures from this list.
