' Phase V:
The overburden from Area 5 will be used to shape and provide topsoil
for Area ~+. The 20 foot dike will be continued along the Poudre
River. Care will be taken along the Easterly edge of Area 5 to
protect any living trees and to provide a buffer to the Greeley
Saddle Club area.
' The area will then be mined in the standard manner.
Phase VI & VII:
' These areas will be handled in the standard "block" manner. The
irrigation water will have to be rechanneled or piped to continue
1 serving the field in Area 8. Completion of the mining in Area ~
will complete the second pond.
~ ~ Phase VIII:
This is the last area to be mined. Jverburden from this area will
be used to shape and provide topsoil to Area ~.
Overburden and topsoil necessary for the reclamation o£ Area 8 will
' be stockpiled in Area 9. Also at the time Area 8 is opened for
