Excavation Limits - Along all sides of the property exca- vation shall not take place within 25 feet of the property line. Twenty-five feet will not disturb the existing ditches on the south or north sides. This excavation will ~ f come within 125 feet of the Plowman's structures on the south. However, since Mr. Plowman is one of the purchasers of the property, by participating in the conditional use request he is granting permission to come this close (Adams • ' County prohibits mining within 125 feet of a residence with- out permission).
