A scraper and a bulldozer will be utilized to <br />remove and stockpile all topsoil. The gravel will be removed <br />by a front-end loader. Trucks hauling the gravel from the site <br />will be loaded with a front-end loader. <br />6. An area of approximately three hundred feet (300') <br />by three hundred feet (300') will be excavated during the first <br />phase. After the gravel has been removed, the topsoil stockpiled <br />will be placed on this area. The topsoil stockpile will be <br />approximately one hundred feet (100') in width by two hundred <br />feet (200') in length. Excavation will proceed in phases from <br />the most recently completed three hundred feet (300') by three <br />hundred foot (300') area to the next. At any time, only one <br />area will be excavated. <br />7. The existing access road to the site is twenty-five <br />feet (25') in width and approximately one-quarter (1/4) mile <br />from County Highway 90. No improvements are requierd on the <br />existing roads. <br />8. Approximately two hundred (200) gallons of water per <br />hour will be used for dust control on the site. The water will <br />come from the existing stock pond near the site, which is <br />supplied by the Doing Ditch. The water will be purchased from <br />the owner, Silver Hawk Ltd. <br />9. No groundwater will be encountered in the operation. <br />No surface water will be intercepted or disturbed. The edge <br />of the San Miguel River is located three hundred feet (300') <br />
