<br />MINING PLAN <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br /> <br />l1 <br />1 <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />1 <br /> <br />EX9IBIT D (Continued) <br />Mining will continue northerly from Stage 1 into Stage 2. <br />The mining method in Stage 2 will be consistent with Stage 1. <br />Equipment may include, but is not limited to, bulldozers with <br />rippers, scrapers, backhoes, water trucks, and front-end loaders. <br />Fuel for this equipment is transported to the site in fuel trailers <br />or fuel trucks. In the event fuel is permanently stored on site, <br />a containment area will be provided using berms of a height sufficient <br />to hold the volume being stored. <br />All runoff and water conservation methods will be covered in <br />Exhibit E, Reclamation Plan and in Exhibit G, Water. <br />Mining Timetable. <br />The following table is based on a projection of product <br />demand. Any economic change from the norm can and will change the <br />timetable estimates dramatically, <br />Using the timetable below the average advancement of the surface <br />mining area will be approximately 2.05 acre ± per year in both <br />stages.
