These resources have not been evaluated for inclusion in [he <br />\ational Register. However, they must be considered to be Elicible for <br />inclusion in tae ~:ational Register until a formal determination has been <br />completed. <br />• C 7 Informa[ion* regarding cultural resources pending nomination to or on the <br />17ational Register of Historic places in the proposed project area is attached. <br />Our files contain incomplete information for this area as the vast =ajority of <br />Colorado has no[ been inventoried. There is the possibility that as yet uniden- <br />tified Cultural Resources ex isC within the proposed impact area. <br />Therefore, in the event that there is Federal involvement, we recoc~end that <br />the federal agency conduct a professional survey to identify any Eligible <br />Cultural Resources in the proposed project area. <br />L7e anticipate consultation with this office regarding the Effect of the proposed <br />project on any Eligible resource in accordance with the Advisory Council <br />Procedures for the Preservation and Protection of Historic and Cultural Resources <br />(36 CFR 800). <br />Please provide this office with the results of the survey for our review of <br />professional adequacy and compliance_ <br />Arthur C.
