Fevised 7/1~/°~
2.04.3 Site Description and Land Use Information - Continued:
• Under proper management, this site could be used as rangeland
or possibly irrigated hay pasture land.
2.04.4 Cultural and Historic Resource Information:
A file search for registered historical and archaeological
sites on the proposed addition has been conducted by the
Colorado State Historical Society. That search found that
"there are no documented cultural properties in the area of
impact of the proposed undertaking," (see attached).
2.04.6 Geology Description:
There will be no subsurface disturbance of the proposed
additional land, therefore, the requirements of 2.04.6 are
not applicable.
2.04.7 Hydrology Description:
• (1) Ground water information:
There will be no subsurface disturbance of the proposed
additional land, therefore the requirements of 2.04.70)
are not applicable.
(2) Surface water information:
There are no surface water bodies on the Northgate
site. Most of the precipitation which falls on the
property will be detained on the property. It is
unlikely, due to the small amount of precipitation in
the area, that a significant ?^!~nnt of :;3t~r till pond
on the property at any given time. A 10 year 24 hour
storm event would result in a maximum of 1 inch of water
standing over the entire property. If water does pond
on t1~e property, it will be sampled and analyzed for
. 6
