During this time the top and sides of the <br />embanlarent will be stabilized by establishment of a vegetative <br />rover. <br />5.3.2.3 Construction of Hal>> **~~~ <br />• After or prior to construction of the sediment pond, haul <br />roads will be instructed into the mining areas. The sequence of <br />construction will depend on the accessability of the pond site. <br />In general, road construction will involve the prelimi- <br />nary step of grubbing and rzrroving tnpsoil faun within the outside <br />boundaries of the road plus five feet on both sides for a buffer <br />zone. The cut and fill sections will be constructed as per the <br />design specifications and adequate drainage provided.
