• NOTES ON RECLAMATION COSTS
The earthwork at the loadout and the truck dump was done in the summer .and
fall of 1987. The cuts and fills at the loadout involved ballast removal,
replacing subgrade material and replacing topsoil. At the start of the haul
road approximately half of the dirt berm was removed according to an agreement
reached with the land owners. At the truck dump, the cut on the hillside
was backfilled. The original irrigation system was reestablished at the
loadout.
