Outlet ofBlack Hawk Chase Gulch Reservoir, located in the S~4NW~/, <br />and N~ SW~ of Section 2, Township 3 South, Range 73 West of the 6th P.M., Gilpin County, <br />Colorado. <br />15.g. An augmentation station located on Church Ditch below the Church <br />Ditch Clear Creek diversion point located in the NW'/4 NE'/a of Section 32, Township 3 South, Range <br />70 West of the 6th P.M., Jefferson County, Colorado. <br />The Applicant has dropped its claims for the following locations as exchange-from points under this <br />decree: Farmers' High Line Canal Clear Creek Diversion Point; Farmers` High Line Canai Little Dry <br />Creek diversion point; Farmers' High Line Canal Ralston Creek diversion point; Farmers' High Line <br />Canal Leyden Creek diversion point; and Church Ditch Ralston Creek diversion point. <br />16. Date of initiation of appropriation: November 6, 1990. <br />17. Amount Claimed: 14 c.f.s., conditional. <br />18. Proposed Uses: The Applicant seeks to use the water diverted under the <br />exchanges for all municipal purposes, including domestic, irrigation, industrial, commercial, fire <br />protection, stockwatering, recreation, piscatorial, storage, sewage treatment, street sprinkling, <br />irrigation ofparks, lawns and grounds, maintenance and preservation ofwildlife and aesthetic values, <br />lake and reservoir evaporation, augmentation, and replacement, adjustment and regulation of <br />Applicant's water supply system, including exchange within Applicant's system and with other water <br />users. <br />19. The Applicant seeks the right to use, reuse, successively use and dispose of, by <br />sale, exchange or otherwise to extinction all water lawfully diverted andlor impounded. <br />20. The Applicant seeks a decree confirming that Applicant is entitled to fully <br />consume the same amount of water diverted by exchange as the amount of decreed ful ly-consumable <br />water being simultaneously delivered to or made available at the exchange-from points under the <br />subject water rights, and that Applicant shall have the right to divert by exchange based upon the <br />delivery at the exchange-from points of water for which Applicant has the right to only a single use, <br />provided that Applicant shall only be entitled to a single use of water diverted at the exchange-to <br />points based upon delivery of single use water diverted at the exchange-from points, and that to the <br />extent Applicant has the decreed right to fully consume water diverted under the exchanges, <br />
