Black Hawk's reusable effluent released from the outfall of the Black <br />Hawk -Central City Sanitation District Wastewater Treatment Plant, from the <br />above or other sources. <br />15. Points ("exchange-from points' at which Applicant shall make substitute <br />supplies available to allow diversion by exchange at the exchange-to points are as follows: <br />15.a. Confluence of Clear Creek and North Clear Creek located in the NE'/< <br />SW'/a of Section 36, Township 3 South, Range 72 West of the 6th P.M., Clear Creek and/or Gilpin <br />County, Colorado. <br />15.b. Outfall of Black Hawk-Central City Sanitation District Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant located in the SE'/o, Section 7, Township 3 South, Range 72 West of the 6th P.M., <br />Gilpin County, Colorado, and at any location where said Plant or its outfall may be located in the <br />future on North Clear Creek. <br />15.c. Outlet of Black Hawk Reservoir and Spring located in the Wi4 SE'/. <br />NW%, Section 7, Township 3 South, Range 72 West of the 6th P.M., Gilpin County, Colorado. <br />15.d. Outlet of Pickle Gulch Reservoir, located in the N W~/< S E'/< of Section <br />35, Township 2 South, Range 73 West of the 6th P.M., Gilpin County, Colorado. <br />15.e.
