EXHIBIT C <br />MINING PLAN <br />Topsoil or fine granular material near the surface will be <br />stripped and stockpiled and suitable vegetation will be seeded <br />overall. The area will be excavated with tracked bulldozers and <br />rubber-tired loaders to a pit floor elevation of approximately <br />8286 feet. Maximum excavation depth will be approximately 14 <br />feet; no excavated slopes will exceed 3:1. It is intended that <br />the pit floor be no lower in elevation than County Road D.5. as <br />shown on the mining and reclamation plan maps in Exhibit E. <br />The excavated material will be fed into a primary Jaw Crusher and <br />then into a secondary cone crusher, where aggregate products will <br />be sorted by an arrangement of screens and conveyor belts. <br />The various products will be stockpiled within the permitted area <br />and transported by trucks to their final destination via the <br />access road shown in Exhibit E. <br />The permitted area will be mined during a five year period, and <br />the order in which excavation will take place is shown on the <br />mining & reclamation plan in Exhibit E. <br />Sanitary facilities will include solid waste disposal provided by <br />a local Waste Hauling Contractor, likewise a portable toilet will <br />be located within the permitted area and near the access road. <br />RECEIVED <br />FEB ~ 4 2002 <br />Givision of Minerals and Geology <br />
