However, the SWMP will sequin the permiaee <br />to roardinate thuc activitiu with any necessary new activitiu in an orderly manner, so that the reub rs the <br />reduction or elimination of pollutams reaching state wmtrs from anus not limited by ejlluent limitations. <br />U is the pamiuu's responsibility to notes the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (CDMGJ((ormcrly the <br />Cobrado Mined Laud Reclamation Division) of airy dwngu at their site ruulting from the impkmentmion of the <br />SWMP. This nat~cation allows the CDMG to review the SWMP and incorporate any potemia! revisions imo the <br />facility's rcclamarion permit which might be needed. It is important to verify that the site reclamation permit <br />matoties the SWMP. Such injormation is usually romained in Exhibit G of 170 nelamation permits. <br />The SWMP may rely upon information developed for other similar polhuion romrol programs such as the SPCC <br />(Spill Prevention Control and CauntermearunrJ plan or the Mined land Reclamation Plan. Appropriate portions <br />. of these other plans may be inrotporated in the SWMP by referentt, as bag as a wtapkte SWMP tart be <br />repmduotd and submitted to the requesting agenry within the time forme specified in the request. Those portions <br />of the referenaad documaus must be included in the subminaL The SWMP mast also be readily available to an <br />an-site inspector. <br />
