Where semi-amual site <br />inspections are shown in the plan W be impracticable because an employx is not stationed or does not routinely <br />visit the site, inspection ere requited in this part shall be conducted at appropriate intervals specified in the plan, <br />but never lass than ante in two years. These insyectiona must be documented and summarised in the annual <br />report, sad include the following: <br />1) Disturbed areas end areas used for material storage that are exposed to precipitation shall be inspected for <br />evidence of, m the potential for, pollutants entering the drainage system. Erosion and sediment control <br />meastura identified in the SWMP shall be observed to ensure that they are operating correctly. <br />2) Based on the results of the inspection, the description of the potential pollutant sources and the pollution <br />prevention and control mPa~,.,.Q that are identified in the SWMP shall be revised as appropriate as soon <br />as practicable after such inspection. Revised control measures shall be implementation a timely manner, <br />but in no case more than 7 calendar days after the inspection. <br />3) The operator shall keep a record of iospxtion. This record shall be made available to the Division upon <br />request and summarised in the annual report. <br />• b. Inactive 1N'ming Operations. Qualified personnel identified by the operator shall make a thorough inspection of <br />their stormwater management system, st least once par year. Where amual inspections are impracticable, <br />certification is required once every throe years by a Registered Professional Engineer that the site is in compliance <br />with the plea. These inspxtion must be documented and stmmariial in the compliance report (see Part I. D.7. c <br />of the permit). <br />7. Rernrdktxoine and Reoortirt¢ <br />a. Remrdkeepitrg and Internal Reporting Procedure, incidents such as spills or other discharges shall be <br />included in the records. Ltspection and maintemnce activities shall be documented and recorded. This does not <br />relieve the permittee of the responsibility of reporting spills as required under section 75-8-601(2) of the Colorado <br />Water Quality Control Act. <br />b. Amual Report for Alive 1Niuiog Optrations. The permittx will be required to submit an amual report, <br />covering January 1 through December 31 of each year, w the compliance with the SWMP. The annual report <br />will contain. at a minimum: <br />1) A report on the facility's overall compliance with the SWMP. <br />2) Name of permittee, address, phone number, and permit certification number. <br />3) A summary of each comprehensive stormwater facility inspection made, including date, findings, end action <br />taken. <br />4) Results and interpretation of any stotmwater monitoring performed. <br />The annual report will be due to the Division on or before February 15 of each year. The exact due date for We <br />permittee's lust annual report will be listed is their permit certification. In no case will m annual report be due <br />before February 15, 1994, udess specifically directed by the Division. The Division reserves the right to require <br />additional information in the report, on a case-by~ase basis, as needed. <br />• All reports required for submittal shall be signed end certified for accuracy by the permittce. (See Part I.D.9 of <br />the permit.) <br />
