Evidence was submitted intending to show that the operation of a gravel pit may have an adverse effect upon agricu].tu and domestic water wells in the area. To approve the operation upon the condition hereafter set forth with respect to a study indicatillg no adverse impacts, taould be consistent with the general health, t.elfare and prosperity of the users of such wells in the area.
