The petition for special review was d-aly advertised in a ne:as•- <br />paper of general circulation as required. <br />2. The subject property is north of }Iigh:aa}' 392, west of the <br />Larimer-i-leld County line. <br />3. The Larimer County Board of Adjustment lras determined that <br />asphalt and concrete batch plants are accessory to sand and <br />gravel extraction operations. <br />4. The batch pla.n_ts will be located about 2500 feet from any <br />dwellings in the area. <br />5. Operation of the bate: plants will }rave to meet all state air <br />quality standards, <br />G. The County Engineer recommended conditional approval. <br />R.°.SOLUTION <br />Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Larimer County Planning <br />Commission recommends t.o t}re Eoard of Commissioners approval of the <br />special review request of Three Bell Ranch Associates with the fol- <br />lowing conditions: The County Attorney submit a written interpre- <br />tation of the Board of Adjustment deci::ion concerning batch plants, <br />all material be hauled to the north, county roads in tare area be <br />improved by the applicant according to the reco~Jnendation of tl:e <br />County Engineer, there t,e rro manufacturing oar the property other <br />than asphalt and concrete at the proposed batch plant sites and all <br />debris from the batch plants be removed. <br />Upon ro]1-call vote a:Ll members present voted in favor of the <br />I'.indings and Resolution except Dirs.
