Nay. <br />-62- • <br />Ward: The motion carries the item is tabled until after lunch. <br />Pring: Mr. Chairman, I won't be able to be here after lunch and I <br />wonder if I could, Larry's going to at the <br />risk of overburdening an already faithful and hardworking <br />staff, could I request the Board to consider requesting the <br />staff to make the typing up of this discussion and the <br />discussion you have after lunch a top priority item? <br />Ward: Consider that I, we've obviously got a whole range of meeting <br />minutes and so on and I think the tape is available publically <br />and I think probably your staff has as much time as our staff. <br />Pring: Will the Board then instruct the staff to release the tape out <br />of the office for typing? <br />Ward: No, not necessarily out of the office. <br />Lynn: You could have someone come into the office and transcribe it, <br />George. <br />Rindahl: George, if you'd bring us a cassette, we'll put the whole <br />thing on cassette for you. <br />
