Even with a full staff. <br />Ward: Well, would 90 days be sufficient with the large sand and gravel <br />people. <br />Rindahl: To apply. To apply, yes. Or Bob, if that's too much for you <br />say 30, 45, or 60 days to apply. But then we have the time <br />required by the Act for us to take our actions. Otherwise you're <br />imposing a burden on us that we can't handle. <br />Turner: Well, let me just, gee, I know what I want to say and every time <br />you try to say it there's another catch to it. <br />Sullivan: Mr. Chairman, I would move that we table this discussion until <br />after lunch, which would give us more time to consider the action <br />here, perhaps..... <br />Ward: There is a motion to table until after lunch the whole issue of <br />including the motion and amendment which are on the table, so to <br />speak, or before us, is there a second to the motion? <br />Turner: I'll second it. We can certainly wait a couple of hours. <br />Ward: That's not a debateable motion. All those in favor of the <br />motion signify by saying Aye. <br />(AYE) <br />
