• -51- •
Noffsinger: This was based on questions that Rade had, from what I under-
stand, I just want to point out the fact the Friday night Rade
did call me and I worked over the weekend to supply that infor-
mation.....
Ward: In other words, the air pollution and water information related
to....
Noffsinger: Yeah. certain figures or certain comments that Lynn wanted in
different sections and I understand that you haven't got that letter
yet, and I did mail it in Denver on Monday. I don't know where
they are.
Lynn: I also understand, Chris, that we're missing proof of
publication but you have sent that in the same Mail?
Noffsinger: Yeah, I called, the Durango Herald was supposed to publish that on
Monday.. We contacted them Saturday and they were supposed to
publish it Monday is what they promised us but I can send
proof to the Land Reclamation Board, which was done. I just....
contacted....and they said they'd publish it.
ward: Bob?
Turner: Dick, I still feel it's important from the precedent angle that
some type of an agreement put in on the permit too. Admittedly
I can't come up right now with the best framing and words...you know,
that all their other, that all other operations in the state be
in compliance within 90 days.
