The only thing I remember is we did agree that Peabody <br />and the Energy Fuels situation, that could be an agreement <br />between the Board and the operator that they would enter into <br />an agreement that the operator will come into compliance . <br />a permit application reclamation plan and come into compliance <br />with the rules and regulations when they are promulgated and . <br />That's the only thing thing that I know..
