So I don't <br />believe you're going to be able to get a start date as Lynn <br />interprets the Act. <br />Drell: The effective date of the contract.... <br />Rindahl: Yeah. <br />Drell: ...was the seventeenth and they have five days from the seventeenth <br />to administer the .bond and all necessary forms so...the 22nd is <br />when they have to be considered an effective date... <br />Rindahl: Of this month? <br />Drell: Of September. <br />[hard: Okay, would you elaborate again if I missed it, on why there's a <br />question as to whether it qualifies for the special permit? <br />
