<br />As requested by CMLRD the post-minim topography mapping has been Cwtq~leted aryl is included
<br />on Permit Renewal Maps 14 to 20, Post-Mining Topography. 'IS~eses maps (14 to 20) have been
<br />replaced as follows: The postrnining topography for Mines 1 and 2 is reflected ott Map 48,
<br />Mines 1, 2 and Eckman Park, Energy Mines 1 & 2, Pnstininim Topography, Revised 4/30/87. The
<br />postminiry topography for Filonan Park, and Area 61 is reflected on Map 48A, EcIQ[fan Park,
<br />PostminiTm Topography. The following maps , i.rl addition to Maps 14 t0 20 can be deleted from
<br />the permit, as they have been outdated b~+ su~~,~*+* revisions to the permit. 'They are: Map
<br />49, Eclatan Park, FbsGnlning Topography, Revised 4/30/87, Map 50A, preminim & Posbnin~rig
<br />Cross Sections, Revised 4/30/87 (Cross Sections A & B); Map 50B, Areas 9 & 10, Premining &
<br />Postmininq Cross Sections, Revised 4/30/87 (Cross Sections C & H); Map SOC, Areas 9 & 10,
<br />Premising & Postmining Crass Sections, Revised 4/30/87 (Cross Sections D, E, F, G); and Map
<br />50D, Areas 9 & 10, Premising & Post<nining Cross Sections, Revised 4/30/87 (Cross Sections
<br />I, J, K, L). Map 50F, Mine No. 1, Area 2, Postmisi.ng Cross Sections, Revised 4/30/87 (Cross
<br />Sections P & O) will remain in the permit. Map SOE, Area 61, Regraded Topo Cross Sections,
<br />Revised 4/30/87 (Cross Sections M & N) is being replaced by Permit Revision No.2, Figure 2,
<br />.Area 61, Postmining Cross Sections aryl Profile, dated 2/8/89. 'This figure now becomes Map
<br />50E. Inserts have been provided which explain the deleted maps are no longer part of the
<br />permit. Aerial photography for the mapping was wrducted i.n mid-1985. CYCC requests
<br />approval for the post-mine topography as shown. revisions to these maps are found within
<br />Permit Revision #2, Postinisirg Topography. Requests for approval of existing post-mine
<br />topography in more recently regraded Areas 2, 9 aryl 10 have already been made.
<br />The approved postanining topography for areas still being mined are feud in the original
<br />application for Area 51. Concerning Area 61, a technical revision (TR 89-24) has been
<br />submitted which addresses the mst.ni *,; *,~ topography of the western section of Area 61. The
<br />revised pcicbninim contours and cross-sections can be found in Permit Revision #2: Permit
<br />Revision #2 Map 86-2-2 (Map 48A), Postnining Topography; aryl Permit Revision #2, Figure 2,
<br />Area 61 Postminirg Cross-Sections and Profile, now called Map 50E.
