Dust control of roads and tailings pond <br /> on the site. <br />2. Lined tailings pond <br />3. Monitoring well down gradi ent to protect <br /> Wibbenmeyer's water supply <br />4. Fencing project site <br />5. Water samples to be taken monthly, once <br /> before operation and once per month during <br /> operations <br />6. Water diversion structures for surface run- <br /> off control (ditches) <br />
