The Applicant is in the process of constructing a mill facility on the Plma Placer for the treatment and process of gold and silver and related ores. The initial facility is contemplated to have a capacity to treat up to 50 tons of ore per day with a future possible expansion of up to 200 tons per day capacity. 6. That the location of the well is outside the boundaries of a designated grouhd water basin. 9. That the Applicant proposes to apply the water diverted from the well to the following beneficial uses: Domestic, commercial and industrial with no irrigation. 10. The proposed maximum pumping rate of the well is 15 gallons per minute. 11. That the proposed annual amount of ground water to be appropriated by the well is 24 acre feet. 12. That under the proposed new uses the well would no longer be exempt under C.R.S. 37-92-602. 13. That the existing well was constructed under permit No. 117842 for exempt domestic uses. The Applicant proposes to increase and expand the use of the well to include commercial and industrial use in an ore milling operation. 14. The Applicant proposes to replace to the Arkansas River system, all out of priority depletions caused by pumping the well. 15. That 5.74 acre feet of water will be consumptively used. This figure is based on the evaporation from three acres of tailing ponds which would be part of tine proposed operation. 16.
