That the said Application was filed on September 29, <br />1982 and an Amended Application was filed on April 30, 1985. <br />2. That the Water Clerk caused publication of such filing <br />as provided by statute; that t~~te time for filing Statements of <br />} '' Opposition expired on the ~~'"day of November 1982, with <br />respect to the original Application, and that one such <br />statement was filed by David Ladd, No. 9809, Assistant Attorney <br />General, Natural Resources Section on behalf of the State <br />Engineer and Division Engineer of the State of Colorado. The <br />/ time for filing Statements of Opposition with gspect to the <br />yr-%~ Amended Application expired on the -].fit'` day of p"`;~1985 and no <br />/ Statements of Ooposition were filed with respect to the Amended <br />Application. <br />3. That said Application concerns a plan for approval of <br />Plan of Augmentation in connection with the expansion of use of <br />a existing well, permit No. 117842, which is located in the NE <br />1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 26, Township 9 South, Range 80 West of <br />the 6th P.M., Lake County, Colorado, for mining, manufacturing <br />and milling purposes in addition to the presently permitted <br />domestic use of said well. <br />4. That on September 29, 1982 tl~e Water Judge referred <br />the Application to Clyde B. Young, Jr., Water Referee and said <br />Water Referee subsequently rereferred this case to the Water <br />Judge. <br />
