POWER costs will be paid by Leadville Mining 8 Milling <br />Corp. as billed by Public Service Company of Colorado to <br />Leadville Research & Development, Inc., including all <br />connection charges, etc. <br />2. METERED or verified water usage will be paid to <br />Leadville Silver & Gold, Inc., at the rate of $1.00 per 1000 <br />gallons of water. <br />3. CREDIT for advance payments against actual verified <br />usage shall accumulate for the duration of the Lease. <br />4. LESSEE will be responsible for all maintenance of pump <br />power, pipe lines, and pump replacement if required, <br />including all changes in pipe line, valves, and other water <br />usage requirements. <br />5.
