• Book 492 Page 50 <br />• <br />ARTICLE 6 <br />PROTECTION FROM LIENS AND DAMAGES <br />The Lessee will indemnify, save and keep Harmless the <br />Lessor from all costs, loss or damage which may arise by <br />reason of injury to any persons employed by the Lessee in or <br />upon the Property or any part thereof, which may arise by <br />reason of injury to any persons or damage to any property as <br />a result of any work or operations of Lessee or of its <br />possession and occupancy of the Property. <br />ARTICLE <br />CANCELLATION <br />Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, <br />the Lessee or Lessor may at any time upon ninety (90) days <br />written notice, cancel and terminate this Lease in its <br />entirety. Upon total cancellation and termination of this <br />Lease, the Lessee shall he under no further obligation of <br />whatsoever kind or nature to the Lessor except for the <br />making of payments which have already accrued at the date of <br />such cancellation and termination. <br />ARTICLE f3 <br />FORFEITURE <br />Any failure on the part: of Lessee to comply w.itli the <br />above terms shall work as a forfeiture of this i.ease.
