Book 492 Page 51 <br />• <br />the date of notice to cure such defect, otherwise a valid <br />forfeiture shall exist. <br />ARTICLE 9 <br />SURRENDER OF PROPERTY <br />In the event of a valid forfeiture, cancellation or <br />other termination of this Lease, the Lessee shall surrender <br />to the Lessor peaceably possession of the Property and at <br />the written request of Lessor shall deliver to the Lessor a <br />written relinquishment hereof. <br />ARTICLE 10 <br />REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT <br />The Lessee shall have and i~- hereby granted thirty (30) <br />days after a valid forfeiture, cancellation or other <br />termination of this Lease to remove from the Property all <br />buildings, structures, warehouse stocks, merchandise, <br />materials, and equipment erected or placed in or upon the <br />Property by it. <br />ARTICLE 11 <br />TITLE <br />Lessor covenants that Lessor holds title and possession <br />of the Property free and clear from all former grants, <br />sales, liens or encumbrances of any kind, and that there are <br />no delinyuent taxes, and agrees to furnish Lessee such <br />abstracts, deeds, or other evidences of title as may be in <br />Lessor's possession and control. <br />
