ndahl & <br />b. Noted. <br />c. The area referred to as drill sites and prospecting sites <br />are in accordance with the exception under the definition <br />^f prospecting. The operator agrees to remove all rebars <br />left on site which are marked ev,ploration holes. <br />10.a. The "stockpiles" as indicated on the Pre-Mining and Mining <br />Maps were erroneously labeled. The term has been changed <br />to previous er.ploration sites. These sites will be <br />reclaimed as a part of the amended permit. <br />b. The plant which is on site is capable of providing 400,000 <br />tons per year when in new condition. If the market demands <br />such production. The current plant will suffice or be <br />replaced with a like size plant. <br />c. The operator agrees to consult with the landowner on a <br />regular basis to keep him appraised of activities of <br />interest to him, as he has done in the past. <br />d. The correct acreage to be permitted is 54 acres. The <br />addition ^f lands disturbed as outlined in the mining plan <br />could lead to some other figure unless the person <br />performing the addition understands that same of these <br />areas overlap. <br />e.
