CAMAS Colorado, Inc. • • Pagc l2 <br />Aggregate Production Facility Stotmwa[cr Managemrnt Plan <br />• Good Housekeeping Techniques; <br />• Materials Management; and <br />• Reporting and Recordkeeping. <br />While operations are conducted on site, it will be the responsibility of the <br />superintendent or foremanlsupervisor in charge to train appropriate on-site personnel <br />on a regular basis in order to meet the goals of the SWMP. <br />3.h Identification of Non-stormwater Discharges <br />This section of the SWMP discusses the presence of non-stormwater drainage, and <br />the testing and evaluation thereof, which may be included in regulated stormwater <br />discharges. Such non-stormwater discharges include, but are not limited to: mine <br />drainage; spoil springs; sanitary waste; or process water of any kind. <br />The New Thornton Aggregate Facility was visually inspected on Dry weather <br />observations were conducted during normal business hours. No non-stormwater <br />discharges were directly observed during this inspection. However, it was evident <br />that dust suppression water had been recently applied to the road surfaces. This <br />water is generally used in !ow quantities, and appears to have infiltrated into the <br />subsurface. <br />
