CAMAS Colorado, Inc. • • Page I I <br />Aggregate Production Faciltry Stonnwata Management Plan <br />Identification of the equipment, systems and facility areas designated for inspection, <br />the schedule for said inspections and comments on adjustments, repair or <br />replacement is presented in a copy of the inspection form presented in Appendix B. <br />3.e Good Housekeeping <br />Good housekeeping measures are an integral part of the materials management and <br />spill prevention practices detailed in Section 3 of this document. In addition, the <br />following practices and procedures have been or are to be implemented: <br />• Regular refuse/garbage pickup and disposal at an appropriate municipal landfill; <br />• Waste oil collected at the site will be stored in an appropriate container and <br />removed on an as-needed basis; <br />• The refuse dumpster will be equipped with a functional cover system to prevent <br />direct contact of refuse with precipitation; <br />• Chemical, lubricating Fluid and fuel storage containers will be located away from <br />high vehicular traffic areas; <br />• Empty/unused drums will be removed from the premises in a timely manner; and <br />• Chemical storage containers will be clearly labeled and Material Safety Data <br />Sheets (MSDSs) maintained for all chemical substances used at the site. <br />3.f Spill Prevention and Response Procedures <br />In accordance with the provisions set forth in 40 CFR §112 -Oil Pollution Prevention <br />and good engineering practices, a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures <br />(SPCC) Plan has been prepared and implemented at the New Thornton Aggregate <br />Facility. A copy of this plan is available in the New Thornton facility office and <br />CAMAS Colorado, Inc. headquarters, and is incorporated herein by reference. <br />3.g Employee Training <br />Training which explores the goals and basic components of the SWMP will be <br />conducted for selected employees on an annual basis. Such training will include: <br />• Spill Prevention; <br />• Spill Response; <br />
