COL08AD0 DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM
In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, (25-8-101 ec
seq., CRS, 1973 as amended), the •Act"), facilities engaged in mining and processing of
coal are authorized to discharge surface runoff from approved locations throughout the
State of Colorado to specified eaters of the State. Such discharges shall be in
accordance with the conditions of this permit.
This permit specifically authorizes Kaiser Steel Resource s_
to discharge from facilities identified as the Chimney Rock Hine;
located in Sections 29 and 30, T34N, R4W; on CO Highway 151, five miles south of Pagosa
Springs, CO, as shown in Figure 1 of the permit;
