SWMP Review/Chanees Upon review of the SWMP, the Division may ratify the permittee at any time that the plan does not meet one or more of the minimum requiremenu of this part. The amendmuu to the SWMP shall be made within 30 days of the change. C. Comtirchensive Facility Insoeaions the pamirsee will be required to make a thorough inspection of their starmwattr martagement rystem, a! katt twice per year (in the spring and fall). ]here inspections must be documemed and summariZrd in the annual report to the Division. (See Part LC.2 of the permit.) D. Annual Retort - Stormwater Dischareers As outlined under Part L C.2 of the permit, an annual report must be submitted to the Division, rovering January / through December 31, on the overall rompGanoe with the SWMP. The annual report will be doe ro the Division on or before February IS of each year. The enact due date for the permittee's first annual report will be listed in their permit ratification. The Division reserves the right to require additional information in the report, on a cast-by-case basis, err needed (!Iu permit previously utabluhed an annrml report due date which varied depending on when the permit certification was issued.)
